Description
High-Performance Coil-Over Shock. The FOX Performance Series 2.0 Front Smooth Body is a purpose-designed coil-over shock engineered to enhance ride quality and handling for light trucks. It offers adjustable preload settings to provide 0”, 1”, or 2” of lift, balancing on-road comfort with off-road durability. This shock is ideal for customers seeking improved suspension performance while reusing existing springs and mounting hardware.
Construction and Appearance. The shock features a 2.0-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body with a clear anodized finish that resists corrosion and provides durability. The shaft is constructed from 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel, and the shock includes race-developed high-flow piston technology for enhanced performance. Additional black-anodized billet aluminum components provide strength and a high-quality appearance.
Installation. This shock offers a bolt-on installation requiring no drilling. It is designed to reuse the stock mounting hardware and original coil spring, ensuring an easy upgrade process.
Application. Designed to fit 2019 through 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models without modification.
