Designed primarily for turbocharger configurations, these headers improve cylinder scavenging and engine breathing, resulting in increased power output and throttle responsiveness in racing applications.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with a natural finish, these headers offer durability complemented by a semi-gloss silver sheen. The CNC mandrel-bent tubes maintain consistent diameters for smooth exhaust flow, while the 7/16-inch thick flange and 3-inch collector provide a leak-free seal and robust structural strength.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill, as these headers are designed to fit various LS engines with some adaptation potentially necessary. No drilling or special modifications are generally required, making them suitable for professional or experienced enthusiasts’ installations.
