Description
Performance-Driven Muffler. The Super 40 Series Offset/Center Oval Muffler with 2.50-inch inlet and 2.50-inch outlet delivers a powerful exhaust tone with excellent performance characteristics designed for high horsepower and forced induction vehicles. It provides a deep, aggressive sound while maintaining reduced interior resonance, making it suitable for both street and strip use.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, this chambered muffler features fully MIG-welded seams for long-lasting strength. It is finished with high-temperature paint to resist corrosion and maintain its appearance under harsh exhaust conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections, compatible with both clamp-on and weld-on methods. The muffler requires some adaptation as it uses new hangers that are not included, allowing for universal fitment across various vehicle models.
