Description
Aggressive Muffler Performance. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Offset Oval Muffler with a 3-inch inlet and 3-inch outlet is engineered to deliver an aggressive exterior sound paired with enhanced exhaust scavenging. Designed for street, strip, and off-road applications, it improves exhaust flow while reducing interior resonance to provide a superior driving experience.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features a fully MIG welded design for maximum structural integrity. It is finished with high-temperature black paint to withstand harsh operating conditions while maintaining a sleek appearance.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward with slip-fit and weld-on inlet and outlet connections. New hangers are required but not included. Usually, no drilling is necessary for fitment.
_x000D_Application. This muffler fits universal applications and may require some adaptation during installation. It is suitable for a broad range of vehicles, including 4- and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip builds, and trucks or SUVs.
