Next, you get an improved throttle response and added horsepower. For your F-150, added power means you can haul and tow with better control and you can drive more confidently on challenging roads.
Non-Tune Required. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake improves engine performance without the need to re-tune your F-150’s computer. Matching OEM specifications, this aftermarket cold air intake makes use of factory tune. This makes for a simple but high-impact modification to your truck.
High-Flow Washable Filter. The Flowmaster Delta Force Air Intake system comes with a high-flow 8-layer cotton gauze air filter, a much-improved version of the standard 6-layer model. It traps significantly more dirt and debris than the typical filters in the market. This washable and re-usable filter is pre-oiled and ready-to-use.
Made in the USA. Flowmaster is proud to say the Delta Force Intake is made right here in America. This means the company takes quality seriously. The cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) tubing is custom molded with a ribbed surface to further dissipate heat. The accompanying silicone couplers are reinforced for durability, while the hardware is made of stainless steel for rust-resistance.
Simple Installation. Flowmaster Cold Air Intakes are non-tune options, which means installation is pretty straightforward. The kit contains all the hardware, fittings, and couplers you need for the install. A few hand tools make the job easier but you don’t need any specialized tools for the process.
Flowmaster Warranty. Flowmaster offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on your Delta Force Cold Air Intake. The warranty extends to defects on materials and workmanship. However, there’s a list of exclusions that you can find on the manufacturer’s website.
Not CARB Certified. The Flowmaster Delta Force Cold Air Intake is at the moment, not CARB certified. It’s not legal to use the system in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
