Dual Purpose LED Chase Pods. The FCKLightBars Dual Purpose Chase 3-Inch LED Light Pods in Amber and White combine high-output LEDs with an integrated strobe module, offering versatile lighting modes including full power and strobe outputs in both colors. These features enhance visibility and signaling capabilities in chase and emergency vehicle applications.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Each pod is built with a durable die-cast aluminum housing and a control module that is epoxy-encapsulated for dependable operation. The lens is made from PMMA polycarbonate and features a 4D reflector and projector design to improve beam projection and durability. Stainless steel mounting brackets with hardware are included for secure installation, and the unit is rated IP68 for resistance against water and dust.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation requires some wiring adaptations as the wiring harness is not included. Mounting is generally straightforward and does not usually require drilling because of the included brackets, but some electrical integration may require basic modifications to ensure proper operation.
