Description
High-Temperature Exhaust Protection. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve; 3-Inch x 36-Inch provides superior heat shielding for exhaust pipes by limiting heat transfer and protecting surrounding components. Designed for use on larger diameter pipes, this sleeve resists extreme temperatures while allowing easy installation over flanges and sensor threads, making it an essential part of a vehicle’s thermal management system.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable titanium knitted material, the exhaust sleeve boasts excellent heat resistance thanks to its high-grade alloy content. This knitted sleeve offers flexibility and expansion capability up to 1.5 times its original diameter. Its textured finish is functional, designed to withstand high temperatures while maintaining structural integrity.
Installation. Installing the sleeve requires minimal effort without drilling or special tools aside from the included stainless steel locking ties and locking tie tool. The sleeve can be cut to desired lengths, and ends can be simply rolled for a clean and secure fit.
