      Description

      Performance Cooling Upgrade. The Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade Kit is designed to replace the weak plastic OEM piping in your 2011 to 2016 6.7L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty. This kit enhances airflow and durability under boost, making it ideal for tuned or high-output diesel setups. With larger pipe diameters and premium materials, it improves throttle response and reliability while supporting higher performance levels.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-grade aluminum, the intercooler piping is resistant to rust and heat fatigue, unlike factory plastic versions that are prone to splitting. The kit features a three-inch lower pipe and a three-and-a-half-inch upper pipe, both finished in silver for a clean, high-performance appearance. Reinforced with heavy-duty four-ply silicone boots and secured using stainless steel constant-tension T-bolt clamps, it ensures leak-free operation. Additional CNC-machined components include a quick-disconnect flange and IAT sensor housing for a perfect factory-style fit.

      Installation. Installation is easy with basic hand tools and does not require any permanent modifications. All necessary hardware and boots are included for a direct-fit upgrade.

      Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

      Application. This Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade Kit fits 2011 to 2016 6.7L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty models.
