Whether you're taking your truck off-road or staying within city limits, you'll enjoy both rapid acceleration and horsepower without spending all your money at the fuel pump.

      Durable 8620 Steel. Richmond cast this rear ring gear and pinion kit out of first-run steel. All of their products undergo rigorous inspection and strict quality control to assure optimal performance for many miles.

      Recommended Upgrade. Your speedometer may be less accurate if you change your gear ratios, but a handheld tuner (sold separately) can fix this issue.

      Installation. Changing your gears is a very complicated process and professional installation or advanced mechanical expertise is advised.

      Technical Note. If the front and rear gear ratios in your 4WD F-150 don't match, it may damage your transfer case and transmission. Plan on spending between $250-$300 on installation of this kit at a reputable shop, but be aware that prices may vary.
