With their innovative and less restrictive design, your vehicle’s engine won’t have any trouble pushing exhaust gasses at a higher and more consistent rate over your truck’s stock manifolds. This yields higher horsepower and torque gains, enhancing your vehicle’s overall performance as a result.
More Powerful and Robust Exhaust Sound. Apart from giving your F-150 a significant power boost, these Shorty Headers also produce a better exhaust sound quality. Their excellent construction enables them to generate a clearer and more robust exhaust note that’ll definitely turn heads when you’re hitting those mid RPM ranges.
Quality Construction. These Shorty Headers are made to last using free flowing mandrel-bent 1.75-inch stainless steel tubing and 3/8-inch thick laser-cut one piece flanges. These Headers are completed in a Titanium Ceramic Coating that not only looks great, but help to reduce under hood temperatures to help increase horsepower and extend the life of the headers. Ceramic Coated headers will long out last both chrome plated and polished headers.
CARB-Approved on Selected Models. This set of Shorty Headers is CARB-compliant for 2015-2018 models only. Its CARB EO# is D-57-40. Ford F-150 2019+ models aren’t CARB-approved. Please check your local emissions laws before making a purchase.
No Tuning Required. These headers are designed to be direct replacements for your truck’s stock components, so you don’t have to tune your ECU to suit your vehicle’s setup. However, you can further optimize their performance by having them tuned by a professional.
Application. These Titanium Ceramic 1.75-Inch Shorty Headers fit 2015-2020 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine.
