If so, then consider Stainless Works' Factory Connect 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers with Catted Y-Pipe. Stainless Works engineered their Long Tube Headers, High Flow Cats and Y-Pipe to all work together to improve the exhaust flow of your Coyote powered F-150. By uncorking your F-150's restrictive factory exhaust system you will see a dramatic increase in horse power and torque throughout the entire RPM range. This Stainless Works' Factory Connect system is designed to bolt up directly your F-150's existing stock Cat-Back exhaust, so there are no extra parts to buy.

    High Flow Catalytic Converters. Stainless Work's high flowing catalytic converters are engineered to outperform the restrictive stock cats. The included high flow catalytic converters provide a significant increase in exhaust flow for a measured improvement in horsepower and torque at the rear wheels.

    Superior Construction. Stainless Works proudly manufactures their Exhaust Systems right here in the USA. Stainless Works Long Tube Headers are CNC mandrel bent from 1-7/8" diameter, 304 stainless steel tubing for superior exhaust flow and long lasting corrosion resistance. These Long Tube Headers feature TIG welded construction, as well as laser cut 3/8" header flanges for additional strength and leak-free performance. The Headers merge into a 3" collector with merge spikes to optimizes scavenging.

        if using the stock exhaust behind these headers, how much louder will the truck be. I want the increased flow just not the increased noise.

        • Since this will keep the truck having cats paired with the stock cat-back this will not make the truck terribly loud but will make it louder than stock.

        Do these headers have to have tune and will truck run okay without tune? I have a tuner but installing now. Waiting on a tune to be wrote and sent email. Thanks

        • The Stainless Works 1-7/8 in. Headers should be installed with a tune, as the O2 sensor locations are revised, which can cause air/fuel ratio issues as well as idle issues.

        Do these headers come with the gaskets and new hardware also?

        • This is meant to be used with your stock Gaskets, and does come with all necessary hardware for installation. Stainless Works recommends the use of Hi-Temp RTV silicon gasket maker as an option to or in conjunction with the use of factory gaskets.

        What tuner is best recommended when installing these headers?

        I had a Borla exhaust installed on my 2015 f150. Would this header system work with my after market exhaust?

        • The Stainless Works 1-7/8 in. Headers wityh Catted Y-Pipe will be compatible with your Borla Exhaust system.

            It was a pain

            First off let me say this. The fit and finish was perfect. The disassembly and reassembly was a royal pain. I hated my life lol. Previously to this install I have a Borla s-type system with dual exits on passenger side. The o2 sensor extensions that were sent did not fit my truck, so I had to cut and splice what I needed for the rear o2 sensors. A tune is also required once you’re done. Now I’m looking at finding a quieter muffler because my truck is so loud it could wake the dead. But it sounds like a racecar. If I had to do it over I probably wouldn’t have.

            really nice headers

            really nice headers. you can feel the difference in the power, but I would recommend you pay someone to put them on for you. I put them on myself but I wish I had just paid someone when it come time to tighten up the bolts lol
