      The Baja Style Lower Grille Insert will be a great choice for the '09 to '14 truck owners who are looking for an affordable lower insert to go along with a stock or aftermarket upper grille of your choosing. Now, this particular option, guys, will combine the honeycomb pattern in charcoal, along with the durable ABS plastic build. Offer right around 60 bucks.Now, install, according to the site, is easy enough to achieve a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, well within an hour or so to complete from start to finish. But as always, if you hang with me for a little bit, we'll show you how it's done later in the video. So, the first thing that comes to mind when I look at the Baja Style Insert is Raptor, right? Pretty obvious connection there.Now, this part, along with its honeycomb grille, just gives the factory lower grille portion a bit more of that off-road or Baja Style, thanks to the Raptor inspiration. Now, because of that, a lot of owners do choose this particular lower grille when installing a barricade, proving ground, or different style Raptor upper grille, as it really just does help kind of complete that look.With all that being said, if you don't have a Raptor style upper grille currently installed on your F-150 but still want to enjoy the look of the lower piece here, well, you totally can. It's a free country, right? In fact, this might make a good compliment to any upper grille of your choosing, aftermarket, or even the stocker. It really is up to you, guys.Now, as far as your build is concerned here, guys, well, you can expect that durable automotive grade ABS plastic overall, finished in this charcoal style paint here, which I feel does flow nicely with the factory bumper. EcoBoost owners out there, as you can see, this honeycomb design will still allow for plenty of airflow into the factory intercooler. While Raptor guys, yes, I know this looks like an affordable replacement for a busted factory grille or lower grille on your Raptor, but, unfortunately, this one will not be for you, as there are some subtle differences between the standard F-150 lower and the SVT lowers of this year range.But now we want to show you just what it takes to get this lower grille installed on your F-150. And to do so, here's that detailed walkthrough we promised you earlier, along with a quick tool breakdown. Tool required for this installation includes a stubby Phillips head screwdriver. Now, your first step here with the RedRock 4x4 insert would be to remove any front plate or front bracket if your truck is equipped.Obviously, ours is not, so we can just jump right into our next step, which is grabbing the two U-nuts that are included with the kit, and install them on the little tabs here on the upper portion of the lower grille. With the U-nuts installed and your bracket in hand, go ahead and insert it into the opening, being sure to line up your two holes with the U-nuts you just installed, and secure them with the two included screws.With your two screws fully tightened up, go ahead and grab the included Christmas tree clips here, and insert them into the two lower holes here of the bracket into the bumper. Now, grab your insert here and simply snap it onto the bracket you just installed. And once you hear it snap into place, your installation is complete. RedRock 4x4 then completes their Grille in a dark charcoal gray finish for aggressive good looks.

      Straight Forward Installation.       Designed to be a direct fit replacement for the original factory grille, this RedRock 4x4 Baja Lower Grille installs reusing the stock hardware and mounting points.
