      High-Quality Construction. The Tailgate Assist is designed to handle your heavy tailgate, so you can expect that it is made from high-quality materials and superior construction. The single dampened gas strut is enough to carry the weight, so you only need 1 tailgate assist per vehicle. It has a black finish, so it matches the tailgate’s factory cables.

      No-Drill Installation. Installing the Tailgate Assist is quite easy because you don’t have to drill extra holes in your truck bed or bodywork to make it fit. It uses factory mounting points and has all the installation hardware included. It mounts to the driver’s side, and with only 1 tailgate assist necessary per vehicle, it won’t take you more than 30 minutes to complete the project.

      Three-Year Warranty. The Tailgate Assist is guaranteed free from defects in materials, workmanship, and design under normal use for a period of three years. However, this warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product, and modification of any kind voids all warranty coverage.
