      Description

      Superior Heat Rejection for Heavy-Duty Engines. This high-flow aluminum radiator replaces the restrictive OEM unit, increasing coolant volume and airflow through its dual-row core. The polished tube-and-fin construction expedites heat transfer, keeping the Duramax running cooler under towing, hauling, or performance use.

      Built for Durability and Serviceability. Precision-brazed seams and reinforced end tanks withstand high pressures and temperature cycling. The direct-fit design retains factory mounting and fan shroud, enabling straightforward installation without radiator hose modifications.

      Installation. Drain and remove the stock radiator, install the COLD-CASE unit with supplied brackets and hardware, refill coolant, and bleed air per service manual.

      Application. The Aluminum Performance Radiator fits 2007–2010 GMC Sierra 2500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine.
