      Description

      Heavy-Duty Spare Tire Carrier. The Carli Suspension Trophy Hitch with a 3-inch receiver offers a robust solution for mounting a 38-inch spare tire in the factory location on Super Duty trucks. It secures the spare using the factory winch combined with a custom 3-way ratchet strap for safe and reliable transport in remote or harsh conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16" and 1/4" cold-rolled American steel, this hitch employs a boxed design in critical areas to maximize strength. It is finished with a powder coat that provides excellent corrosion resistance and a textured surface designed to endure demanding off-road use.

      Installation. The hitch installs through direct bolt-in, requiring no drilling; however, minor exhaust adjustments may be necessary for optimal fit. Installation is straightforward for professionals experienced with factory hitch replacements.

      Application. Engineered specifically for 2017-2026 F-250 Super Duty models, this trophy hitch replaces the factory hitch to accommodate larger spare tires in the OEM location without compromising structural integrity or function.
