      Description

      Linear Rate Suspension. The Carli Suspension Linear Leveling Front Lift Springs deliver smooth and consistent ride quality with a linear spring rate designed to reduce harshness over small bumps and highway chatter. These springs increase vehicle height, optimize front-end stance, and enhance off-road capability while maintaining comfort during normal driving.

      Construction and Appearance. Custom wound coil springs with a linear rate profile, shot peened and pre-set for maximum durability and performance. Finished with a protective powder coat that extends longevity and resists corrosion for reliable long-term use.

      Installation. Installation requires standard coil spring replacement procedures without drilling or frame modifications, allowing a straightforward upgrade with minimal downtime.

      Application. Designed for 2005–2026 4WD Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. Provides a precise 2.5-inch front lift on 2005–2019 models and a 3.5-inch front lift on 2020+ models.
