      Description

      Improved Ride Quality. The Carli Suspension Torsion Sway Bar Kit without End Links for Carli 2.5 and 3.5-Inch Lift Kits enhances ride quality by replacing the nearly immobile factory front sway bar with a custom torsion bar. It allows better suspension articulation and reduces chassis reverberation without compromising vehicle control, making it ideal for trucks not routinely loaded to GVWR.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features arms made from solid 3/4 inch cold-rolled steel, paired with a heat-treated custom rate torsion bar. The assembly includes in-house machined, hard anodized billet aluminum drop brackets with durable bushings, along with 17-4 stainless preload bolts for longevity and strength.

      Installation. Designed for direct fitment to Carli Leveling lifts equipped with the CS-FELKIT-LVL-17 leveling kit, this sway bar requires no drilling or complicated modifications, simplifying the upgrade process for professional or experienced installers.

      Application. This torsion sway bar kit fits 2017 through 2026 4WD Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks and is engineered specifically for use with 2.5 and 3.5-inch Carli leveling lifts without included sway bar end links.
