      Description

      High-Flow Intake Upgrade. The Boosted Performance 3-Inch High-Flow Intake Horn/Elbow is engineered to replace the restrictive factory intake horn on the 6.0 Powerstroke engine. It efficiently routes compressed and cooled air from the turbocharger and intercooler to the engine, improving airflow dynamics for enhanced performance and engine longevity.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from CNC mandrel-bent aluminum piping, this intake horn features a precision machined billet flange that is TIG welded for superior strength and durability. It is coated with a wrinkle-black finish for a rugged, professional look that resists wear and corrosion.

      Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling, as the intake horn bolts directly to both stock and aftermarket intercooler piping using the supplied hardware and a new factory o-ring.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 03-07 6.0L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty models, this intake elbow upgrade provides an optimized airflow path and tangible performance improvements for this platform.
