Impressive Styling. Switching up the headlights on your F-150 can have a dramatic affect on the overall appearance of your pickup. Removing those old and cloudy factory headlights and replacing them with a set of quad LED Halo Projectors can make your 10th generation truck go from ratty to rad in no time. With LED Halos, LED accent lighting and amber reflectors, these Projector Headlights will provide you with better visibility and a much safer driving experience.

Sharp and Clear Visibility. Designed with crystal clear polycarbonate lenses for improved visibility, these Projector Headlights feature black housings for a stealthy look without hindering your view. A sharp, focused projector light beam allows you to see the road ahead with ease and the LED Halos and accent lighting make your 1997-2003 F-150 more noticeable to other drivers. Get the additional safety you need with the style you want.

Meets DOT Requirements. A pair of Black LED Halo Projector Headlights not only improves the appearance of your F-150, but they also meet the quality guidelines set forth by the DOT, making them legal for street use.

Direct Bolt-On Install. Using OEM standards, these One-Piece Headlights are designed as a direct fit replacement for the factory units. With some light wiring required for the Halos and LEDs, you should be able to complete this install in about an hour using some basic hand tools and wiring components.

Bulb Application. These Projector Style Halo Headlights come with high beam 9005 bulbs as well as low beam H3 bulbs. HID Kits should not be used in combination with Projector Style Headlights.

Application. This pair of Black Projector Headlights are designed to fit the 1997 to 2003 Ford F-150 Pickups. Will not fit F-150s with a manufactured date before June 1997.

Please Note. AmericanMuscle recommends sealing these headlights with silicone RTV sealant before installing to prevent the possibility of any moisture condensation on the inside.

            Headlight Install

These are very nice but difficult to install. Require additional waterproof connectors for the accessory lighting. And are difficult to align. Takes time to get them properly installed and aligned.

            Very nice, Rough installation

I really liked look and how well they work. It was just a little hard to install since it wasn't an exact fit for my truck. The accent lights (halos and leds) weren't wired already so that required a little more work than I was expecting and now, since I wasn't able to tell which one is which, I wired them to come on when I have my brights on instead of running lights. The turn signal housing is great but the bulbs don't lock into place for some reason. Ended up working but the installation was rough.

            good looks, bad design

the one piece design for this truck does not fit. unless u want to cut away some of your grill. oh, and projector lighting is horrible on low beam setting. I wish I would have bought a different type of light.

Review from Chrome Projector Headlights (97-03 F-150)

            Major let down!

The headlights them selves looked great, but they would not pass Virginia State Inspection, so I could not install them. I was able to find a "Euro-style" set that does work, and also has the "daytime running lights" that are really cool on a 2002 truck!

Review from Chrome Projector Headlights (97-03 F-150)

            Awesome lights

Great lights, bright enough but they don't blind everyone coming at you. They look great especially with darker colored trucks because of how the chrome contrasts with the color.
