Rear Shock Upgrade. The Belltech Nitro Drop II Rear Shock for 2 to 4-Inch Drop is designed to improve handling and ride quality for your vehicle’s lowered rear suspension. This shock is essential for maintaining safe and comfortable driving characteristics when lowering your Silverado 1500.
Construction and Appearance. Built for durability and long service life, this shock features metal dust boots, hardened chrome 12.5mm piston rods, triple lip NBR rod seals, and Teflon guide bushings. It includes 30mm pistons with low friction Teflon seals within a 45mm wide body that increases oil volume. OEM quality rubber bushings ensure a precise fit while reducing noise and vibration.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically requires only basic hand tools. No drilling or extensive modifications are needed, making this shock upgrade accessible to most experienced DIY enthusiasts.
