Description
Superior Suspension Upgrade. The BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit elevates your truck’s stance and improves off-road capability while maintaining factory ride quality. This kit is specifically engineered for vehicles equipped with adaptive ride control, providing increased ground clearance and allowing for up to 35" tires.
Construction and Appearance. Built with laser-cut 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers and CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, this suspension kit emphasizes strength and precision. All components have a durable finish to protect against harsh off-road conditions.
Installation. Installation is complex, requiring frame bracket modifications and specialty tools such as a 36mm socket, reciprocating saw, and welding equipment. The process is estimated to take approximately 8 hours and is recommended for experienced installers.
Warranty. This suspension kit includes the Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty.
Application. Designed for 2020 to 2024 Sierra 3.0L Duramax 1500 Denali models equipped with adaptive ride control. Not compatible with 2.7L Turbo engines, single leaf rear suspensions, or with reusing factory 17" and 18" wheels due to steering component interference.
