Maximize Your Air Ride RAM. Get the most out of your Air Ride-equipped RAM 1500 when trekking off-road with the BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with Fox Shocks. This suspension lift kit is designed to raise your truck by 4 inches overall while accommodating your Air Ride suspension system. In doing so, you’re able to take your ride onto tougher off-road trails while still enjoying the full benefits this exclusive suspension system has to offer.
High-Performance Rear Fox Shocks. This suspension lift kit is designed to swap out your factory rear dampers with a pair of high-performance Fox shock absorbers. These rear shocks are engineered to provide your truck with a quicker damping response, solid handling feel on the trails, and a firm but smooth ride quality on the highway. This is accomplished via monotube pressurized nitrogen gas charged to design and internal floating piston technology. Moreover, these shocks feature 2-inch wide all-aluminum shock bodies for outstanding heat dissipation that greatly reduces the chances of shock fade.
Solid Lifted Steering Knuckles. This lift kit offers 4 inches of front lift via two lifted steering knuckles. These steering knuckles are designed to provide front lift while maintaining ideal steering geometry, helping maintain your truck’s factory handling feel. These steering knuckles are also precision-cast and machined from high-grade ductile iron and are finished in a protective black powder coating for maximum corrosion resistance.
Sturdy Front and Rear Air Ride Spacers. This suspension lift kit includes front and rear spacers designed, especially for use with your truck’s Air Ride air bags. More to the point, this kit will equip your front air struts and rear air bags with spacers designed to accommodate these components’ air fittings. This way, you’re able to maintain the proper air supply to these air bags. What’s more, these spacers are precision-cut and machined from premium plate steel before getting treated with an anti-corrosion powder coat finish for maximum durability and rust protection.
Rigid Front and Rear Crossmembers. This lift kit will also equip your truck with front and rear crossmembers. These crossmembers are designed to stiffen your frame while providing excellent ground clearance as well as mounting points for your factory lower control arms. Furthermore, these crossmembers are CNC-cut and formed from high-quality steel and are finished in the same protective black powder coating as the spacers and steering knuckles.
Professional Installation Recommended. This suspension lift kit is designed to mount onto factory locations on your truck. That said, the installation will require some cutting as well as modifications to your air suspension system. Considering your air suspension system is a complicated piece of equipment, professional installation is recommended.
