Description
Performance Lift Kit. The BDS 5.5-Inch Radius Arm Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Lift Blocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks raises your gas-powered RAM 3500 equipped with factory rear air bags, improving its stance, handling, and off-road capability. It provides ample clearance for larger tires up to 37 inches, enhancing both aesthetics and performance on various terrains.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features heavy-duty tubular radius arms constructed from high-strength steel, offering improved durability and caster control. The front coil springs are gas-specific, progressive-rate Pro-Ride units designed for a balanced, smooth ride. The FOX 2.0 Performance shocks feature a 2-inch Impact extruded aluminum body with CNC machined aluminum mounting ends and a hard chrome plated shaft for long-lasting performance and a refined clear anodized finish.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and requires specialty tools such as a pitman arm puller. No major drilling is indicated, but suspension and driveline components, including the transfer case, require adjustment and repositioning for optimal fit and function.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2019-2024 4WD gas-powered RAM 3500 trucks equipped with factory rear air ride suspension. A DEF tank relocation bracket is required for Dually or Mega Cab models with Aisin transmissions (8-bolt).
