Description
Suspension Lift Kit. The BDS 4-Inch 4-Link Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Lift Blocks and NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks is engineered to enhance off-road capability and vehicle stance by providing a 4-inch lift while optimizing handling. This kit replaces the factory front suspension with a 4-link conversion using upper and lower control arms and brackets, coil springs, shocks, and driveline corrections to maintain factory drivability and clearance for larger tires.
Construction and Appearance. Built from high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets and forged components for durability, the kit features progressive rate coil springs designed specifically for diesel applications. The shocks are available in nitrogen-charged twin-tube or performance monotube designs, finished with silver powder coat or anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance and long service life.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult, requiring approximately 6-8 hours and the use of a pitman arm puller. Transfer case indexing and driveline adjustments are included to maintain proper driveline angles.
Application. Specifically designed for 2019 to 2024 4WD 6.7L RAM 3500 models equipped with factory air ride suspension and compatible with both 6-bolt standard and 8-bolt transfer case indexing rings. Excludes vehicles without air ride or with alternate driveline configurations unless noted.
