      Description

      Product Overview. The BD Power UpPipe Kit replaces factory exhaust up-pipes that commonly suffer from leakage due to wear and deterioration. This kit enhances turbo efficiency and durability by minimizing exhaust restriction and preventing leaks between the exhaust manifold and turbo. It is a critical upgrade to maintain optimal engine performance and reliability in 03-Early 04 6.0L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty trucks.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with a durable ductile cast iron Y-pipe, the kit features larger diameter up-pipes made of 304 stainless steel, including internally shielded stainless steel expansion bellows. The design provides smooth internal geometry for improved gas flow and includes corrosion-resistant stainless steel clamps and V-band connections for a secure, flexible, and leak-free installation.

      Installation. Installation typically requires approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes and involves removal of the OEM heat shield to accommodate the new up-pipes. No drilling or permanent modifications are necessary, making this a straightforward replacement for experienced professionals.

      Warranty. This product includes coverage for 12 months or 24,000 miles.
