Description
High Performance Transmission. The BD Power Roadmaster Transmission & ProForce Torque Converter enhances the reliability and longevity of stock and lightly modified trucks. It delivers improved shifting performance and increased oil capacity to maintain optimal transmission function under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a remanufactured valve body with upgraded internal components, this transmission includes a deep sump oil pan that increases fluid capacity by six quarts. The torque converter is fully remanufactured with new cover, bearings, and clutch friction and steel components. Precision-machined center support, upgraded OD snap ring, and reinforced retaining rings provide added durability and strength.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical experience and generally takes approximately seven hours. This transmission is a direct replacement with no drilling or modifications needed.
Warranty. The assembly is backed by a 24-month or 100,000-mile parts warranty, along with a 12-month or 24,000-mile labor warranty.
Application. Designed to fit the 1999-2003 2WD Ford F-250 Super Duty equipped with a 7.3L Powerstroke engine.
