Enhanced Exhaust Manifold. The BD Power Exhaust Manifold; Passenger Side is designed to eliminate common issues such as rusting and cracking in Ford 6.2L exhaust manifolds. It provides a direct, drop-in replacement that enhances exhaust flow and durability, improving engine performance and longevity.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from cast iron with uniformly thick walls measuring 0.275 inches, this manifold is 75% thicker than the original equipment for superior strength and resistance to warping. It features a protective paint finish to guard against rust and includes longer bolts and spacers to minimize stress on the fasteners, ensuring a reliable fit and long-lasting use.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring approximately three hours and includes all necessary gaskets and fasteners for a trouble-free experience.
Warranty. This manifold is backed by a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty, providing confidence in its durability and performance.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2011 through 2022 6.2L Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 Super Duty models, this manifold replaces right side OEM parts and is not intended for licensed vehicles in California.
