Description
Enhanced Exhaust Performance. The BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit for the passenger side delivers improved exhaust flow and reduces cracking issues commonly found in Ford 6.7L Power Stroke engines. This replacement manifold enhances thermal durability and helps maintain engine reliability during high-temperature operation.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty 0.275" thick-walled high-silicon ductile cast iron, this manifold features 75% thicker walls to prevent warping and cracking. The black POR-15 high-temperature coating provides corrosion resistance and a clean, durable finish.
Installation. Requires moderate mechanical skill and approximately 9 hours to complete. The manifold is a direct OEM replacement with no drilling necessary.
Warranty. This product is backed by a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty for added peace of mind.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2015-2019 6.7L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty models with passenger side configuration.
