Description
Enhanced Exhaust Solution. This BD Power Exhaust Manifold; Driver Side is designed to solve common issues of rusting, warping, and cracking found in factory manifolds. It provides an improved exhaust flow system that increases engine efficiency by ensuring effective gas evacuation and reducing stress on fasteners.
Construction and Appearance. The manifold features cast iron construction with walls 75% thicker than OEM, measuring 0.275 inches in thickness for superior durability. It is finished with a protective paint coating to resist rust and corrosion, and includes longer bolts and spacers to reduce stress on fasteners.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no modification or drilling, and can typically be completed in about two hours and eighteen minutes. The complete kit contains all necessary gaskets and fasteners for a hassle-free replacement.
Warranty. This product carries a 36-month or 75,000-mile warranty, providing assurance of its quality and durability.
Application. Designed to fit 2010-2022 6.2L Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 Boss gas models.
