      Description

      Reliable Engine Protection. The BD Power EGR Cooler is designed to replace the OEM unit in 2003–2004 Ford F‑250 Super Duty trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. It’s built to prevent coolant leaks and catastrophic hydrolock failures, giving you peace of mind on the road.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with TIG‑welded 304L stainless steel round tubes measuring 0.375-inch O.D. with 0.048-inch walls, this heavy‑duty cooler includes water deflectors to improve coolant turbulence and heat dissipation. It arrives pressure tested and includes an O‑ring and threaded insert for a secure seal.

      Installation. Installing this part typically takes about five hours. Some disassembly is required—draining coolant, removing intake components, turbo, intercooler, and more—and reinstalling involves accessing bolts through the intake manifold and securing hoses and cables per the guide.

      Warranty. This EGR cooler comes with a 5‑Year (60‑Month) limited warranty with unlimited mileage.

      Application. This BD Power EGR Cooler fits 2003‑2004 6.0L Powerstroke Ford F‑250 Super Duty models.
