Performance Enhancement. The BBK 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers with Titanium Ceramic finish increase horsepower and torque by improving exhaust flow. Designed specifically for the 5.4L V8 engine, they enhance both power output and exhaust sound for a more aggressive tone and driving experience.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 16-gauge CNC mandrel bent steel tubing with 3/8" thick flanges, these headers ensure durability and optimum exhaust flow. The titanium ceramic finish provides an attractive, heat-resistant coating that enhances engine bay aesthetics.

Installation. These headers are a direct bolt-on replacement for non-Lightning models, requiring no drilling or modification for stock mid-pipe setups. All required gaskets and hardware are included for a straightforward installation process. Note: F-150 Lightning models require modification to the EGR tube for fitment.

Warranty. Covered by a full one-year factory warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
