Delivering a dyno-proven jolt of rear wheel horsepower to your 2007-2009 Chevy Silverado in the lower end of the RPM range, the BBK 1-3/4 Inch Tuned Length Shorty Headers provide a boost to lower speed acceleration, hauling, and daily driving. Scavenging exhaust fumes from the cylinders faster than the stock headers with their mandrel-bent, unrestricted tubing, these BBK Shorty Headers are a bolt-on power-up for your truck. They're especially helpful if you've modified your pickup's engine and/or exhaust system for a high performance configuration. These shorty headers require a BBK X-Pipe, H-Pipe, or Y-Pipe to connect up to the exhaust system proper.

Sturdy Design. Made in the USA, the BBK 1-3/4" Shorty Headers feature CNC mandrel bent tubing that maintains a non-restrictive, constant diameter throughout, and a titanium ceramic finish on the steel tubing. The exhaust flange is a 1-piece laser-cut component, adding greatly to its strength, while the whole header is leak-proofed for excellent performance, with pressure testing to ensure there is no leakage. All needed gaskets and hardware are included with these headers, which carry a 1 year limited warranty.
