Precision Manufactured. The American Racing Headers 1-3/4 inch Long Tube Headers with Catted Y-Pipe are designed to provide long-lasting performance value for your Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.2L. They are manufactured for use in off-road driving conditions only. The primary tube routing is optimally designed and engineered to deliver a precision fitment and superior performance in your truck.
Made to Last. You can rely on the quality craftsmanship of these long tube headers that are made to last with heavy-duty 304 stainless steel. The 200 cell metallic substrate in the catalytic converter makes it more durable and the TIG welded and hand-ported inlets are designed and manufactured for augmented strength. The merge collectors include high-caliber welded scavenger spikes for enhanced strength. The laser cut 3/8 inch thick flanges are designed to maximize performance with a warp-free seal.
Straightforward Installation. You can complete this direct-bolt on installation process in approximately two hours with moderate mechanical expertise and basic hand tools. You may need to do some modifications to complete the installation. All the necessary components, gaskets, and hardware are included to make this a straightforward installation in your Silverado.
