Description
Universal OBD-II Splitter. The Banks Power Universal OBD-II Splitter; Right-Angle Plug is designed to connect two devices to a single OBDII port. It allows connection of multiple compatible Banks devices, such as tuners or retractable steps. The right-angle plug minimizes physical interference with surrounding components.
Construction and Appearance. This splitter has a right-angle plug intended to reduce obstruction, with a practical finish suited for OBDII port areas.
Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling or permanent modifications. The splitter plugs directly into the vehicle’s existing OBDII port and provides two accessible connections.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required. Intended for use with Banks devices and their retractable steps only. It is not suitable for use with Banks devices and third-party OBD monitors simultaneously, as most ECMs will only communicate with one diagnostic device at a time, which may cause one device to not operate properly.
