This differential cover directs cooler, high-velocity air via patented Ram-Air scoops into integrated heat radiation fins, actively dissipating heat to preserve fluid life and protect critical drivetrain components during heavy-duty use.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable A380 aircraft-grade aluminum via die-casting and precision CNC machining, this cover offers exceptional strength and a precise fit. The Black-Ops finish provides a sleek, satin black appearance suitable for heavy-duty truck applications.
Installation. Designed for straightforward installation, this differential cover fits precisely onto compatible axles with no drilling required. The installation process is user-friendly for most automotive professionals, typically requiring about an hour to complete.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1985 through 2024 Ford Sterling axle 12-bolt differentials with 10.25/10.50 inch ring gears. It is not compatible with any Super Duty models equipped with rear sway bars, F-350 dually trucks, or 2023-2025 high-output models.
