Description
Boost Tube Upgrade. The Banks Power Boost Tube Upgrade Kit in red significantly improves airflow compared to stock and competitor parts by replacing factory plastic and rubber tubes with larger, stronger components. This upgrade enhances turbocharger spool time, maintains boost pressure, and improves overall throttle response. It also increases durability and performance of the turbo system under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Made from mandrel-bent aluminized steel, the tubes offer superior strength and resistance to cracking and heat damage. The powder-coated finish adds corrosion resistance. The system features billet aluminum venturi couplers and heavy-duty 5-ply silicone hoses designed to maintain optimal boost pressure and airflow in high-pressure, high-temperature environments.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically takes about two hours without the need for drilling. Spring-loaded constant tension clamps ensure a secure fit and simplify the installation process for both enthusiasts and professionals.
Application. Designed exclusively for 2017-2026 6.7L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty trucks, this kit is not compatible with 2023 and newer Cab + Chassis models due to an added breather hose connection on the cold side.
