Description
Offroad Suspension Upgrade. The BajaKits PreRunner Front Long Travel Suspension Kit provides 0 to 3 inches of adjustable lift, significantly enhancing offroad performance while maintaining excellent on-road handling and comfort. Designed for bolt-on installation, it increases track width by over 3 inches per side, allowing for better articulation and greater clearance. This suspension kit is an essential upgrade for enthusiasts seeking improved capability and durability in rough terrain.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features heavy-duty fabricated steel boxed arms equipped with high-density custom bushings with grease fittings for durability and quiet operation. It includes 1" hi-angle Trophy Truck grade uni-balls, corrosion-resistant CNC machined tapered misalign adapters, and heat-treated hardware. The extended axles are made of high strength heat-treated steel, designed to work with OE CV part #85587221, which may need to be sourced separately if the truck was not originally equipped.
Installation. Installation is rated as Level 2 difficulty, requiring bolting on with some drilling and minimal grinding. The process typically takes about 8 hours, depending on the installer’s experience and skill level.
Fitment and Application. This kit fits 2019-2026 2WD Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models and is compatible with 2022+ ZR2 and AT4 models. It is important to note that certain components, such as the OE CV part #85587221, may need to be sourced from your local dealer if not originally equipped. This kit is not intended for other configurations or generations outside the specified range.
