      Description

      Advanced Suspension Upgrade. The BajaKits PreRunner Front Long Travel Suspension Kit provides eleven inches of wheel travel and widens your truck’s track by 2.5 inches per side, improving off-road performance while maintaining stable and comfortable on-road handling. It is engineered to supply durable, precise suspension articulation for rough terrain without compromising drivability.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit features heavy-duty fabricated steel upper and lower arms paired with 1-inch hi-angle Trophy Truck grade uniballs designed for reliable articulation and strength. Custom high-density bushings with grease fittings increase durability and reduce noise. CNC machined corrosion-resistant misalign adapters with tapered snouts ensure accurate alignment and long-lasting performance.

      Installation. Installation is a moderate-level job requiring bolt-on assembly with some drilling or minimal grinding. The process typically takes around 8 hours and is reversible without welding.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit 14-18 4WD Silverado 1500 with stock aluminum control arms, this kit accommodates 35” or 37” tires and requires fiberglass fenders for extended off-road use with larger tires.
