Description
Front Suspension Upgrade. The BajaKits PreRunner Front Long Travel Suspension Kit for 3 to 4 inch lift enhances off-road capability while maintaining excellent on-road handling and comfort.
Construction and Appearance. The kit features boxed heavy-duty fabricated steel upper and lower control arms with a stamped steel arm design that sandwiches the ball joint between the upper and lower pieces for added strength. It includes 1" Trophy Truck grade uniballs on both arms, custom high-density bushings with grease fittings for quiet operation, corrosion-resistant tapered misalignment adapters, and CNC steel steering extensions. The finish is engineered to resist harsh conditions, combining rugged aesthetics with functional durability.
Installation. Installation is rated at level 2 difficulty, requiring drilling and minimal grinding to ensure proper fitment. The process typically takes approximately 8 hours, depending on skill level and available tools.
Application. This suspension kit is specifically designed for 14-18 2WD Silverado 1500 models equipped with stock steel control arms, delivering optimized performance with these factory components.
