Our test truck on 5 psi and 91 octane pump gas we made 450 rwhp and 482 ft lbs of torque with a nice safe daily driver tune!

What else is needed?
That depends on the level of power you want.  For our test truck the customer wanted to keep the truck mostly stock and safe.  We are using 1000cc Fuel Injector Clinic Injectors but we could easily run Ford Racing MU52s instead. Since we are only running 91 octane we are still utilizing the oem fuel pump as well.

Fuel Injectors - rated for desired HP for low boost MU52s work great above that we love FIC 1000s or ID 1050xs.
Spark Plugs - We like NGK 6510s gapped to .028 don't forget there are 16!
Fuel Pump - We ran oem for low boost but a DW400 or a return style system would be needed for higher HP.
Tune  - for all boosted applications the truck needs a custom tune.  Our test truck was tuned by SLMS
Tuning Device - We used and like the SCT X4 or SCT BDX. We keep both in stock.
Boost Guage - Hard to manage boost when you dont know how much boost you are running!
