      Description

      High-Performance VFR Turbo Upgrade. The ATS Diesel Performance Aurora 3000 VFR Turbocharger is engineered to replace the factory turbo on your 2004.5 to 2007 6.0L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty with a more durable, responsive, and powerful system. Featuring a billet stainless steel unison ring and upgraded bearing pack, this drop-in VFR turbo provides enhanced spool-up, improved airflow, and greater reliability—all without requiring custom tuning.

      Construction and Appearance. This turbocharger is built for extreme durability, with a ceramic-coated HSM turbine housing for high-temperature resistance and a powder-coated compressor housing for corrosion protection. It includes a new solenoid actuator, a redesigned HSM bearing housing, and a heavy-duty bearing pack to handle higher loads. The billet unison ring delivers smoother vane operation and long-term reliability, addressing common factory failure points.

      Installation. Installation is considered hard and may require professional mechanical knowledge or support. While it bolts in place of the factory unit, additional time and care are needed to ensure proper fitment and calibration with stock systems.

      Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty, offering peace of mind and protection against defects in materials and workmanship.
