Power-Retractable Running Boards. The Amp Research PowerStep Running Boards provide convenient, automatic step assistance for trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps. These retractable steps deploy when the door opens and retract beneath the vehicle when closed, combining utility with a sleek appearance.
Construction and Appearance. Built from die-cast aluminum and coated with military-grade black PTFE, these running boards resist corrosion and wear. They feature a 6-inch wide, textured, slip-resistant surface and integrated low-profile LED lights to enhance safety during entry and exit.
Installation. The running boards mount securely to the vehicle's rocker panel using a vehicle-specific bracket kit and detailed installation instructions. While professional installation is recommended, experienced DIYers can install these steps without drilling.
Warranty. These running boards include a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
