The AFE Pro Series Front Differential Cover with Machined Fins; Black is designed to replace the stock stamped steel cover, providing enhanced durability and cooling capabilities. It protects and cools the differential while offering easy inspection and maintenance features to ensure efficient performance under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable cast aluminum, this cover features a black powder coat finish with machined cooling fins. It includes dual neodymium magnetic plugs and a recessed drain plug that combine functionality with a sleek, protective design.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with included mounting hardware. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, it provides a secure fit and hassle-free upgrade without the need for drilling.
Application. This differential cover fits 1999–2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models, as well as 2000–2005 Ford Excursion models equipped with Dana 50, Dana 60, or Dana 61 front axles. Please verify axle compatibility before installation.
