This air intake scoop essentially transforms your stock system into a cold air intake by pulling cold air from the outside into your engine. The result is more complete fuel combustion and improved performance. This air scoop is also compatible with AFE’s Rapid Induction and Quantum cold air intakes, giving these systems added performance potential.
Rugged Build Quality. This air intake scoop is constructed from premium linear low-density polyethylene, making it extremely resistant to impact and engine bay heat. This material is then injection molded to precise specifications, resulting in an assembly that fits your factory air box like a glove. This assembly also includes a blue heat-resistant silicone inlet seal designed to keep the engine bay heat out of the scoop. Lastly, this air scoop features a blue colorway, giving your engine bay an outstanding new look.
Simple Install Procedure. This air scoop is designed to install into factory locations on your air box and engine bay. No drilling or other modifications to your vehicle are needed. Moreover, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
