Description
High Performance Ignition Coil. The Accel SuperCoil Ignition Coil in yellow is engineered to deliver improved spark and ignition performance for select Ford Modular 3-valve engines. It serves as a direct replacement ignition coil that enhances ignition reliability and efficiency, crucial for maintaining optimal engine performance and fuel combustion.
Construction and Appearance. This ignition coil includes specialized silicone magnetic steel cores surrounded by precision windings using advanced bobbin technology. The coil housing is molded with a high dielectric strength material and filled with high-temperature epoxy, which improves thermal conductivity while resisting shock, vibration, and chemical exposure. The coil is finished in yellow for easy identification.
Installation. Installation is simple with a direct plug-in design that requires no modifications. The extended brown boot ensures proper fitment with 12mm spark plugs used in late 2008 and newer Ford 3-valve engines.
Warranty. This product comes with a manufacturer's limited 90-day warranty.
