      Description

      Complete Lift and Load Enhancement. This Zone Offroad kit raises your Super Duty’s front end by six inches using precision-engineered radius arms and reinforced crossmembers that preserve factory suspension geometry. In the rear, the Add-A-Leaf pack augments the existing leaf springs to deliver two inches of lift while improving load-carrying capability and reducing sag under heavy payloads. The integrated bump-stop extensions and extended brake lines ensure safe operation and full suspension travel without binding or brake line stress.

      Built for Rough Terrain and Heavy Use. All steel components undergo a durable powder-coat process that seals out moisture and road salts, preventing rust and fatigue. CNC-laser-cut brackets and gusseted crossmembers provide rock-solid strength under off-road impacts and towing loads. The package includes everything needed—radius arms, leaves, brackets, lines, and instructions—for a robust, turnkey suspension upgrade.

      Installation. Professional installation recommended: remove factory suspension, install front radius arms and crossmembers, fit Add-A-Leaf pack under rear springs with provided U-bolts, attach bump-stop extensions and brake line brackets, then align and torque all hardware to specifications.

      Application. The Zone Offroad 6-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit with Add-A-Leaf fits 1999–2004 four-wheel-drive Ford F-350 Super Duty trucks.
