    Description

Reinforced Intake Performance. Upgrade the restrictive factory intake by installing this Volant Closed Box Cold Air Intake with Air Scoop and DryTech Dry Filter on your Silverado 1500. This intake kit outflows the factory intake and provides improvements in horsepower and torque both for your daily drives and high-performance applications. It facilitates improved driveability by delivering a higher volume of cooler, denser air at a faster rate for enhanced airflow.

No Recalibration Required. This Closed Box Cold Air Intake maintains proper air-to-fuel ratios without the need to re-program your computer to operate. Simply bolt it on and you are ready to go. It also works with enhanced tuning.

Efficient and Durable Air Filter. Volant built this Closed Box Cold Air Intake with an oil-free, DryTech Dry Filter with multiple layers of progressively finer synthetic media. The high-flow performance provides maximum airflow without compromising the high filtration capacity.

Top-Notch Components. This Closed Box Cold Air Intake system features a 1-piece air intake housing with a smoked, acrylic see-through lid for easier inspection. Moreover, this intake system includes a high-quality, dyno-tuned, CAD-designed, black polyethylene intake tube for more efficient airflow. It is also equipped with an innovative air scoop for a much more efficient flow of cooler air.

Simple Installation. Featuring a precise fit, this Closed Box Cold Air Intake directly fits into your truck’s factory mounting points. It comes with stainless steel clamps, silicone connections, neoprene gaskets, and automotive-grade nuts and bolts that hold up to a lifetime of use. The installation completes with light mechanical skills and standard tools.

Limited Warranties. Volant backs this Intake Kit with a lifetime warranty. The DryTech Filter comes with a 1-year warranty. These warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and come with exclusions. Please check the terms and conditions for full details.

Application. This Volant Closed Box Cold Air Intake with Air Scoop and DryTech Dry Filter fits all 2009 to 2013 4.8L Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.
