Stronger, Lighter, and Faster Than Stock. The Turbosmart Smart Port Supersonic Blow-Off Valve is designed to out-perform your vehicle’s plastic stock blow-off valves. Unlike stock plastic BOVs, the Smart Port Supersonic BOV is designed to resist cracking, leaking, and can handle higher boosts pressure (greater than 30PSI). The Smart Port technologies ensure that stalling is eliminated and premature venting of boost is prevented. Additionally, compressor surge is dramatically reduced during low throttle and engine load conditions.

Integrates with Factory Mapping. The Smart Port Supersonic Blow Off Valve is designed to work with the factory mapping. No tuning is required after installation.

Strong and Durable Construction. The Smart Port Supersonic Blow Off Valve is crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum. This gives the BOV the strength to tolerate more stress than the stock plastic BOV, especially when under increased boost levels.

1-Year Limited Warranty. The Turbosmart Smart Port Supersonic Blow Off Valve is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and if properly installed. If found defective it will be replaced or repaired if returned prepaid with proof of date of purchase. Refer to full warranty for exclusions.

Not CARB Certified. The Turbosmart Smart Port Supersonic Blow Off Valve is not CARB certified and not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emissions standards. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify legal use of this product for the intended application and use.

Application. The Turbosmart Smart Port Supersonic Blow Off Valve is specifically designed for 2015 to 2019 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost engine.

I looked at these on ebay. They stated that it does not fit a 2018 3.5 ecoboost in a limited. I would like one for my truck. I will buy one if you confirm that it will fit a 2018 f150 limited with a 3.5 ecoboost. Thank you, JOhn

        • This product by Turbosmart will work with your 2018 3.5L ecoboost F150 without an issue.

2019 F-150 3.5 Ecoboost. I recently had purchased this from my mechanic and the adaptor hole was too big to fit onto the intake. Any suggestions?

Will this fit my 16 f150 EcoBoost? Will I also need the adapter that's $71 extra?

How is the BOV adjusted? Notice on one end there's a HARDER and SOFTER with arrows. So does this pertain to how fast or slow the valve let's off pressure? Can it be adjusted by moving the nipple on the end, or does the body of the valve have to be turned in direction of arrows?

Just installed this on my 2018 F150 Limited and I really like it. Wasn't hard to install. Woulda been easier if I'd had a lift but oh well. Regarding the valve itself, there are 2 arrows on the end pointing to "harder" and "softer" and I'm wondering what this is for and how to adjust it. I assume it's for how fast or slow the valve opens and let's off pressure? So how is this you turn the nipple on the end the direction of hard or soft? Or do you loosen the clamp and turn the whole valve assembly itself? Any help is greatly appreciated 0 answer

If U own 2013-16 this thing works great , makes lots of sound but 2017-19 they changed design where waccum for bov is shared with Evan system and simply instead opening bov pulls air from evap and instead getting wushhhhhh u will get pssst and u can bearly hear bov, not worth 300$, going back to original setup.

            Boost reference adapter was wrong

Everything else fit except for the boost reference adapter I had to get the TS-0720-1005 that was mentioned in another review, other than that it sounds nice! Really noticable!

Great product, sounds really good. If anyone is going to install this on their truck makes sure you follow the video instruction on the install. Took me awhile to figure out how to get rid of the engine light.

            Great Sound

This was a great upgrade to my Truck. I have 2017 F150 Limited and as my truck looks great I wanted the sound to reflect just that. In the sand dunes it sounds great an get more attention. only problem I had was I had to re-order the electrical bi-pass but that problem was resolve promptly. its a must upgrade for turbo charge cars as it makes daily driving more enjoyable and fun.

            Not worth it

Not only did I have to pay Ford hundreds to try and fix the check engine lights I have to pay them again to remove it and put it back to stock. I recently tore my rotator cuff so I can’t do it myself. Has a cool sound when works properly but it kills the Hp. Stinks that I have now invested 550 in this thing and will end up back in the box in my garage. They tell me it’s “rare” that it doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. Lol

            READ CAREFULLY!!

First off American Trucks does a pretty solid job at getting their equipment correct. This one time though they did not. The BOV, mounting bracket, hosing, will fit the models shown. But before you order, check which Boost reference adapter you will need. Whether it but the T-connection which is provided or it may be part number TS-0720-1005 (on turbosmarts website)! Although this does show to fit the 15-19 year models, the boost reference adapter provided did not fit my 15’.

            2016 Lariat 3.5L DIY install.

First the install on intercooler was simple, but going top for the EVAP connection behind the throttle body on intake manifold was tricky for people who are going by instructions or video from Turbosmart. Issues if only 2016 3.5L that three split adapter would not fit the valve on the manifold, instructions and video not same install, and for holes to EVAP valve seem scary when put it on way too tight fear that it might break. First used bottom valve that trace back to the EVAP, also used that clip connector just removed factory line and place the three way split adapter on the clip connector, has to be perfectly straight or it will leak I'm keep an eye on it if all fail J.B weld that thing. And take your time put holes on EVAP valve will go in just be careful. I had install both Full Race transmissions cooler and radiator, and AFE intercooler and hot/cold pipes so time wise 2 1/2 days. But BOV sound is awesome with all my other upgrades tuner, cai, pedal commander, borla exhaust, 73mm throttle body, and much more cause getting tired with this review so if you're addicted to upgrading than why not.

There were no installation instructions that came with it and finding them online was a bit of a task. Mechanically inclined people should have no problems figuring it out though. Once I figured it out it was an easy install and I am happy with the sound.
