      Description

      EXTERNAL WASTEGATE PERFORMANCE. The Turbosmart Gen4 CompGate40 External Wastegate 7 PSI Black is engineered to regulate and control turbocharger boost pressure effectively. This external wastegate diverts excess exhaust gases away from the turbine housing to prevent overboost conditions and maintain engine reliability. Ideal for street applications, it provides consistent boost control with various fuel types including pump fuel and E85.

      PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS. Crafted with a stainless steel cast body and aluminum actuator housing, this wastegate features a durable and heat-resistant design. It includes a solid stainless steel valve and a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm to endure harsh operating conditions. The black finish offers a sleek look while improving corrosion resistance.

      STRAIGHTFORWARD INSTALLATION. The wastegate fits standard 40mm V-band flanges for straightforward integration into existing setups with peer flange alignment. Installation involves applying pressure to the locking collar using the included tool and securing the V-band clamps, with no drilling required, making it accessible for both professional installers and experienced enthusiasts.
