Description

The Turbosmart Performance Intercooler with Recirculating Blow-Off Valve Kit in silver is engineered to significantly enhance cooling efficiency and boost control for Ford F150 EcoBoost engines. This upgrade improves air density, reduces intake air temperatures, and optimizes boost pressure management to maximize engine performance and reliability during daily driving and demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from cast aluminum with CFD-engineered end tanks, this intercooler employs a bar and plate charge cooler design with TIG welding for excellent durability and heat dissipation. The sleek silver finish complements the engine bay, maintaining OEM-style fitment and compatibility with factory components.
Installation. This product is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory intercooler and blow-off valve, requiring no cutting, trimming, or fabrication. Installation is straightforward and can be completed using basic tools.
Warranty.
Application. Fits Ford F150 models equipped with 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engines from 2015 through 2026, including the 2017 and newer Raptor variants.
